tire size, civic to integra

to my knowledge both the civic and integra have A LOT in common so i was wondering if any of you guys could answer this for me:
if i got a wheel and tire package for my civic, could i take it off and put it on my integra?

(civic is a 97, integra is a 94)

civic uses...

14's- 185/65/14
15's 195(you CAN do 205's)/55/15
16's 195(or205)/45/16
17's 195or205/35-40/17...

the 17's get a little iffy (and some other odd wheel sizes do too...) because the width of the wheel can vary.

but the bolt pattern is the same from integra to civic barring the type R 5 lug.
