Questions about gap

I need to know what is the gap between the valves and the rocker arms ??? (if i misused the term sorry). I need to change the head cover gasket and while i'm at it i wanna do a valve adjustament too. If u have any pics of the head and the valves please post en up. Thanks guys.

Wher can i find one ? I mean i saw some haynes manuals around, but they were just tearing up the vehicle and putting it back on

I only have numbers for 5th gen, that may not be the same for you, diff engines and all

BTW, Haynes does have it and mostother specs, although Helms is the way to go, Haynes will suffice in this case. They're only $15

if you're looking for the spring free length..

intake ------- 2.158 in
exhaust----- 2.216 in


-------------------------------------------------

I wouldnt recomment doing the adjustment yourself. It's quiet easy to mee up something in there. Error margin is small.


If the numbers I gave you werent what you were looking for..

well i gotta say that i do not have any clue how you call them in english, I know all my things in my language, and sometimes i really mess things up.

Isn't that the lenght of the spring ? BTW what does it happen when u do a valve adjustament ? What do they adjust ? That's what i want to do.

it's

intake: 0.009-0.011
exaust: 0.011-0.013
