EX only come with stock rims?
The model of EX had come with stock rims?
DX and LX doesn't come with stock rims only the wheel covers. How come 5th and 6th gens Civic doesn't come with stock rims like Accord? |

i mean you pay for a civic 18k tops while the accords start around that price

Yup, EX models as well as the SE comes with 'rims', the others just have hubcaps.
