Yea, I have never heard of "SSR". When it comes to coil-overs, I would definately buy name brand. Cheaper-branded coilovers, the threads will strip on you, making adjustments impossible. For street, the Apexi or Ground Control coilovers work great.
You could keep your springs and get some Tokicko-yellow struts. They are 4-way adjustable (although you have to take the strut out ot adjust it

. Kind of a pain in the ass, but $200+ cheaper.
