I am going to cry

Got in an accident about a month ago. Needed a new radiator new front, new hood, new headlights, everything like that but i was told there was no engine damage. So a month later, tongiht, i go to pick up my car and drive it home. I pull in the garage turn the car off get out and it smells like something is burning almost and smoke is coming from under the hood. I opened the hood and there wasnt a ton of smoke but a decent amount. What is the problem!! I am going to cry i was finally gona get my car back and now look...who knows waht will happen now.

I'd take a look at the obvious then take it to the shop if you can't figure it out

Im calling the shop at 8 am tom. morning and telling them there is a problem that needs to be fixed immedietly. Except i dont even want to drive the car after how it was when i got home. Might tow it in.
And the insurance adjuster and body shop both looked at the car and said there was no engine damage, but im skeptical.

maybe it's only a hose or something minor, plus if the washed the engine using solvents and didn't rinse it off pretty good it's normal to do that. i could say more but i need to see the car

Don't drive the car, have it towed. Last time my engine bay smoked (old car), the whole car burned up.

yeah.. its not your problem they didnt fix everything. if you start messing with stuff, then they can blame anything on you

Check with your insurance compnay and see if they will cover towing down there. Mine did, and I only had liability. DONT DRIVE IT. Mkae sure they finish the job they started. ANd what does it smell like? anti-freeze or oil?

EXACTLY. Don't drive it, call the shop and call your insurance company to get it back down there and have it looked at. If it is just something burning off the block, they can just wash it off and there is no problem. But if it is something serious and you are poking around in the engine bay, they will try to pass the blame off on you.
