I like some looks of the 6th gens better, but I am really starting to like the 7th gens. My girlfriend bought a '02 EX coupe, and it's pretty fun to drive (even though it's an auto =P ) They handle pretty well for stock (the tires suck though ). They only weigh 2500 and some pounds, which seems light to me for a car that looks fat.

thank u for your opinions i luv my 99 EX and to the old 5th gens i will say Beautiful
 all older civics are great i do like the newer ones but ill will say they just look so big and bulky sorry

Nothing wrong with them at all- just a little bit bigger and heavier to work with... also newer so cost more and less money can go into mods
