Removable Emblem?

Can I safely remove my Accord's LX logo without causing any damage to the paint or leaving behind any adhesive? If I can, then how?

use a fishing wire to remove the emblem. then for the adhesive just use some 3M adhesive remover.

yup..

First heat it up well with a blow dryer..

Then it should come off easily.. Use dental floss to *slice* thru the adhesive.

To clean the adhesive off, while its still hot, use wd-40 on it.

Or you could use an adhesive remover.. Not necessary though..

Do you guys know if that would work for the letters...

"Accord" too? What about the H for Honda? Are all these just glued on?

I remember my old prelude was actually clipped in to the back of the car.

The "Accord" logo seems to be glued, as well as the rear honda logo. I'm still not sure about the front Honda logo and how to remove it. True, I've seem cars with their emblems removed and there were holes. I don't think our Accords' logos are bolted.

I just removed the LX. It wasn't as easy as I thought, but it worked and you can't even tell it was there. I removed my girlfriend's GS from her 2000 Eclipse and it was much easier.

Thanks guys

The Accord, LX, EX, ect.. is just glued..

For H signs I cant remember though..

I think the holes are just on the 6th gen Accords.. But dont take my word for it.
