Clearing out yellow headlights

anyone know if this is possible? I wanted to make my 2001 headlights clear white without paying 100+ for them. Is there anyway I can take out the orange part of the lights? The orange part is the signal winker, I just want to take it out so it will be clear white.

I already checked the how tos, just needed to know if there was a easier way, I only have a small oven enough to fit a bread loaf. Also my year is 2001 different as 2000
