a boosted H22a or a1 is not going to be as reliable as a Boosted F22. i would build up the F22a Turbo it. internals that would need upgraded: Pistons, rods, rings, valves, valve retainers, sleeves, pnp, blue printed, blanaced, bored out.
you dont have to do that whole list just to boost. you can boost stock internals. just dont run over 7 psi.
