I guess it depends on what your long term goals are. A bunch of people have successfully turboed the F22, but without serious building there is a limit to the hp output you'll get. If you were to get a swap, you start out with a much quicker platform and you can always build from there. Plus you have no turbo tuning to do unless you decide to turbo the H22 later on.

So if you want more potential and probably easier power, I'd go swap.
