Wait, is the car already lowered or not? If it's already lowered and already been aligned, I wouldn't think that you'd need an alignment (unless the car is pulling to one side or excess road noise). If you are doing the rims and drop at the same time, definately get the alignment. Otherwise, you'll eat through tires like crazy.
