Im going to recommend the Prokits, but I dont have any experience with H&R springs. Send Addict a PM. I know he had H&R springs on his Civic, as well as sportlines [which are lower then prokits.]

I can tell you that the prokits are not as agressive riding as sportier springs like the sportline, but again, I dont know enough about H&R to compare.

I find the ride quality on the Koni and Prokits to be close to stock handling feeling of a BMW with sport suspension. This is a very good thing IMO! They are comfortable enough for long trips, but agressive enough to have fun on twisty roads. Plus is gives you enough ground clearance for most everday obsticles. I can tell you for a fact that the teins SS will be a lot more agressive, because they are more race oriented.
