LOL! Thats completely my bro... I mean he wont pull up to a line and rev his engine and stuff but hes got a 93 accord with plastic spinners on it. He needed new hub caps cause he get snow tires and the factory hub caps wouldn't fit so he just decided to get the plastic spinners
He's got a really nice sound system though so thats where all his money went.
