Depends on what direction wou want to go with your setup. Like I always say- think of where you want your car to end up as a finished project.

If you're going with basic bolt ons, the DC 4-2-1 is going to be your best choice- both in terms of price and gains. It consistently outperforms everything else in testing.

Serious all motor- JDM style 4-1- Spoon, Mugen, genuine JDM, etc. These headers utilize the longer individual runners, normally all the way to the cat. They usually also have a 2.5" collector flange. Gobs of top end power, usually with a small sacrifice mid-range.

SC or N20- Kamikaze style 4-1. Shorter individual runners, converging just before the header bends from heading down to the back of the car. Once again, the dynos can't be wrong.
