I think Josh (2ndGenTeg) meant was his intake and header will be a waste of money. The exhaust is useful even if you go turbo in the future. I'd suggest going with an exhaust, which will obviously help performance wise, plus give your car that nice rumbly sound.
But, of course it all depends on what kind of budget you are working with... I mean if you have a lot of money to work with, the options are much greater than if you are trying to stay within a price range of a few hundred dollars. Good Luck!!
