if you got the same suspension i do, I'm sure you do. then its struts all the way around. struts/shocks are basically the same thing, the terms get interchanged alot. i believe there are some design differences between the two though. i got struts and thats all i've dealt with. springs are springs they replace the ones on you car with shorter stiffer ones, coilovers do the same thing but have a sleeve the spring can be raised or lowered on. then theres what i showed you in the link, the best for adjustability.
