For you, a +42 should be good. +40 or +43 should work as well, but you may get very slight rubbing on those tight turns if you lower a lot. 225 is really wide, you don't have as much room for error...

Lower how much though? When I do finally buy some rims and rework my suspension, I'm probably going with the Tein coilovers. If I don't get those as a present or don't want to blow the cash myself then I'll get Eibach Pro-kits. With the Teins the minimum drop is something like 1.5" in the rear and 1.35" in the front....I don't see myself ever lowering it more than 2" in the front since I do need good speed bump clearance around town.

I'm looking at 225/40/18, and I've even been told 19" are fine on the 6th gen, but I guess that really depends more on how much I'm lowering.

So I guess until I hear otherwise I'll plan on +42. I'll be sure to check out the thread you posted when I get some time.
