As a moderator (and admin) on three boards, you gotta know how to have fun with the other board members, without rubbing them back the wrong way. Sure, you gotta flex some authority from time to time, but to gain more members, you need to "keep it loose" for a while. Besides, I'd rather have a few post whores than trolls. Just my .02 cents
