Any Stand Alone system that can individually control spark can do it. Tec systems and some Accel units can do it too. It's just that the EMS for some reason made it very easy for tuners.
UPDATE:
Sorry no pics today. But, I was able to complete one side of my suspension. My tuner also gave me a base Hondata map for my set. Basically to run a 1000cc injectors on a 84mm bore under a 3 bar map sensor. This car should start this weekend.
. Then I'm gonna work out all the bugs before I dyno tune late next weekend.... well, hopefully....
