I'm not sure what the weathers like where you are but why dont you just grab a bit to eat and get to know eachother better. I wouldn't really be to worried about not havin money. If the girl is dating you because she thinks you have it, well shes be long gone.
This is how i would set up a inexpensive date. Find out what type of food she likes and if shes interested in trying something new. Then take her out to a modestly price place, take your time when eatin and just shoot the shit so to speak. Then maybe if the weathers nice go for a walk around the area and just talk.
