just because your doing over the limit doesn't mean you can be in the fast lane. I've noticed alot of people who think because they are going "fast" they can hang out in the left lane. Sometimes I come flying up behind some of these people and they just sit there and we're doing 55mph in a 50zone or sometimes even doing 70 in a 55zone. Either way if theres room to pass on the right its not my place to move. they are the slower car and it should be their job to move over.

it's illegal in PA to "cruise" in the left lane. people do this to me in the right hand lane
or on roads that have the passing zones.
