on the vinyl surfaces use krylon vinyl spary and it has worked fine for me, no chips and still shiny. i used another spray on the plastic surfaces, i will look up the name later but it's everyday spray paint for that and it worked fine along with the krylon on the vinyl areas. make sure you clean down everything real real good before you begin spraying
