why not just start with taking off the filter box, adding a cone filter to the stock pipe, remove the resonator, and put on exhaust. From there you can decide. dont buy a header unless you want to supercharge.
As for my opinion, engine swap is real prime (go with a B16a2 and turbo that. N2O later if you feel like it but you'll be damn fast enough of you set your boost to 8-10psi on the b16a2.
If you want all motor go with the B18C1 and build it up with internals. Then maybe add some N2O to that.
