no ricer here, neither robert or I are ricers. Our cars have remained untouched.
If you saw a car driving down the street would you step out infront of it? The cyclist stepped out infront of us, in a manner. The fact that he felt the need to block traffic shows his ignorance. Not once as a cyclist have I slowed the flow of traffic, he was being stupid and I'm sure hes learned from it.
