if you get a kit, stay with that set-up for a while until you start feeling the need for more boost. when you do, you will have to upgrade your fuel system. as i mentioned, hondata is great. other route to choose is the notorious "AFC HACK". i would recommend bigger injectors, 255 LPH in-tank fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and MSD 6BTM (unless you choose to have a hondata), MSD blaster coil, MSD pro-cap....on the ignition side.
BTW, a minimum of boost gauge and EGT or A/F ratio gauge is a must! get you an oil pressure gauge also, along with a turbo timer. peace
