DUDE !!!!

If you have that much money to spend you should be getting a 1st generation Eagle Talon Tsi or a Eclipse GSX.

They're AWD (All Wheel Drive) Turbo and REDICULOUS. Seriously they're the most impressive cars I've ever driven in.

The best part is they're cheap get a 90-93 you can get one for between 1000-4000. From there I'd Start looking at the Diamond/Star Forums out there.

you could have a daily driven 10 sec. 1/4 mi. talon for way WAY under 15k

For that much you could build the hell out of it and have money left over for paint/body wheels anything you want.

Everybody here always talks about starting with the best platform as far as motor swaps (get the 1.8 or 1.6 DOHC instead of building a SOHC 1.6) Well if you have the chance to start from square one with that much money to spend and you go eclipse/talon you'll end up with MUCH MUCH more and WAY more performance/handling/acceleration/ these cars are ROCKETS. With a civic turbo build it's just more money to get all the stuff that's built in to the eclipse/talon. Plus once your done with the civic build you will have SERIOUS traction problems. Not with AWD talon/eclipse you won't.

The downside is way more parts to replace in the long run 4 axles 3 differentials, etc. but the car will be unbelievabley nice and these days it'd be pretty ORIGINAL. with all these civic's out there you'd stick out not only in looks but you'd smoke even the most built honda/acura.
