Hot water with a little honey and lemon. Sleep and more sleep. Zinc might help too, or maybe I just convince myself that it does...

I used to live about a 2 minute walk away from the Shaker Square wild oats - I went there all the time, but didn't know it had closed. Is the Beachwood w.o. you're talking about on Chagrin just off 271, or is there another one?
