The Si turbo manifold will not fit the D16. Why not just keep the single cam and invest the rest of the money in building the bottom end.
Build the bottom end, get yourself a Hondata and boost the crap outta that D16. If you really sit there and think about it if you build the bottom end and crank the boost on the D16 or do a swap and and run about 8psi on a stock B16 your numbers will be similar but you will have less of a chance blowing the D16 cause it will be built.
Just something to think about.
