HATS??! What kind of hats? Like cowboy hats? It might as well be bowling balls. If they have had to slam on thier brakes or what have you, then they would deserve to get hit in the head with a bowling ball for putting stupid stuff in that little space. I think I'm just going to start a new trend by lining that area with numerous rolls of toilet paper.
