I always check dates before using.
My wife packs my lunches for me in the morning. Sometimes she wouldnt turn the light on just packs it by the morning light coming through the window, well she didnt realize that the break had gotten moldy over the weekend. I pull my sandwich out of the container and about gagged.. It couldnt be saved it was all over it.
Needless to say, she turns the light on from now on.:o

Yo, I feel your pain. One night I stumbled in my house and just started eating this roll and I went upstairs with it and I turned the light on and...it looked very festive with the nice colors of mold on it. I threw it and started yelling.
