Yes do it, do you know how much it cost to replace a clutch once the engine is already in the car. Close to $600 for just a stock replacement. now is the best time. I'd resurface the flywheel as well, or have you thought about a light weight flywheel since your going all motor? I hope they're changing out other stuff on the engine as well, like the timing belt($300 to replace if the engine is already in the car), water pump(same), etc.
