the tip on my apex N1 is 3.5". so by your definition, my car is rice. whatever.
rice to me is alum wings, altezzas, neon licence plate frames, stickers that represent products you dont have, chrome hubcaps, chrome door trim, LED washer lights, unnecessary fog lights, etc.
