Actually, the oem bumper is about the same price as a rear valance from a kit. The cheaper way to go is "quality aftermarket replacement." These companies make replicas of oem parts for dirt cheap. My guess is that a "quality replacement will run anywhere from about $150-$200. You could get a cheap kit for that much, but it would be junk.

I would go the "quality replacement" route for now, and wait until you don't have to pay the deductible to get a kit.
