i would send it back on monday and get them to repaint the entire car now; fix the windshield and the rest of the dents.
honda dealers are normally better then that, mine have been amazing. maybe the guy had a bad week too, got to cut some people slack to ya know.
personally i end up being on the recieving end of some errors (re the ups f'd up shipping) the best way to get this solve is deal with it calmly and be cool about the problems. If you go storming in you get no where. Customers who start yelling at me right away get put on hold and or later disconnected by "mistake"
