2K, start to finish? I'd get a Pioneer Premier deck with a MOSFET power supply and internal crossovers. I'd skip a 4 channel amp for now, and come back to it when you have money.
Speakers are personal. Go get what sounds best to you, but make sure you listen to them yourself. What someone else may like may sound awful to you.
Subs are the same way- get what sounds best to you and is best suited to your taste. Overload the SOB with a ton of power, and turn down the gains so it's good, clean power. You'll get deeper, cleaner, tighter response, and it'll be better for the drivers.
For the most part, amps is amps. Obviously, some are better than others. You get what you pay for.
