almost

the 93-95's are h22a1 obd1's making 190hp

the 96 is a obd2 h22a1 making 190

the 97-98's are obd2 h22a4's making 195hp

99+ are h22a4's making 200hp

the type-s and sir (h22a) (jdm and european only) are 220ps~217hp the difference between the type-s and the sir is the type-s uses atts for its tq transfer system and the sir uses a LSD.

the jdm h22a's that you would buy as a jdm prelude motor is 200hp

oh the 93-96 have 10.0:1 compression
97+ are 10.2:1
the jdm h22a's are 10.6:1 compression
and the type-s and SiR are 11.0:1
thjere is no difference between the type-sh and base model preludes in the usdm.if you have any other h22 questions, im more than happy to answer any and hopefully all.

93-95 usdm are closed deck blocks.. 96+ are open deck
