A) depending on what pulley size you'll be using. JRSC at 6 psi does not need any upgrade. it is designed to bolt on straight to your stock system. however, like blownteggy mentioned, get a fuel pump to have a more reliable set-up.
B) this is a sensitive subject. IN MY OPINION, turbos have more potential due to the ease of increasing boost "on the go", whereas on SC's will require a pulley change. most superchargers will give extra torque and power on all the rev band while turbos (depending on the size) may cause "lag" on the low end rev band.
C) pulley and/or an upgrade from the manufacturer.
D) for an auto tranny like yours, i would advice to get a small turbo set-up like GReddy's. the cheapest way to get force induction is to be patient and resourceful then put your own turbo set-up together. you can get a used T25 or TDO5 (which is used by many turbo stock car like mitsu eclipse, volvo, isuzu, saab, etc). you get these turbos very cheap from a junkyard. i picked one a while back that cost me $10 and was in decent condition.
