hey welcome. This is by far the best board about car stuff. I know what you mean about mean people at other boards, I just recently left one (non-car) because they didnt know how to be respectful.
here you can ask any question no matter how dumb it may seem. I didnt know much when I first came here, but now I know a fair amount of stuff. You'll learn something new everyday.
Everyone here is like family, and everyone is welcome. Just be respectful of others opinions and post a lot of legit questions (ie dont just post to get your post number high)
