correction on the turning the boost down during the inspection. it really shouldnt matter even if you're cranking 25 psi boost or not during the inspection. the reason being is that, boost only works when the engine is loaded. so no matter how hard they REV your car up, it will not register boost until the engine is loaded, meaning, the car should be engaged in a gear other than neutral.....it's kind of hard to explain, but that is how it works.
