A friend of mine from school had a minor accident with her Civic EX. Basically it was a hit and run, but thats not the point. The idiot that hit her left a 2 inch vertical split in the plastic of her rear bumper, and makes the left side of the bumper hang slightly lower. If she gets no insurance out of this (complicated) then we want advice on how to fix it for her. Suggestions?
