about the kit, it totally depends. does the kit come painted? if not, you'll have to pay to get the kit painted the same color as your car, plus installation of the kit. but from what i understand, aren't kits bolt on? i would think that it'd be something relatively easy to do, but then again, i've never done it
anyways, just take it to several different shops and get estimates.
