I think I'm just use to talking about bigger displacement engines, it seems in all the stats of dyno's I find, larger engine respond better to intake, exhaust, and headers.
Example... SCC newest issue w/ the 240/Silvia on the Cover, They got 11hp out of a Greddy cat back and AEM CAI. That was on thier 6 cyclinder Eclipse though, I'm sure a 1.6 Honda will get less...
But your stretch of saying 7-10 hp "if your lucky" is as bad as my stretch of saying 20... well maybe not quite as bad .
At least all the ads say you get 10-15 hp a peice.

When your up late at night do you believe all of the info-mercials too, cause most of them are crap. Same as the ads. Also the companys that produce these parts measure Hp at the flywheel usualy so your not going to see everything that they say. Sorry to burst your bubble
