you mentioned Price so i would go with Accord_Ex suggs, Intake and Exhaust. Getting the Exhaust will "open" your engine up for more mods. And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't just get the damn tip and rev like you're fast
that drives me insane. After the exhaust and intake, maybe some headers? Good luck, plenty of advice to be gotten in here.
