well I am happy to report that after 3 weeks of religously working out 3 to 4 days a week, I have lost 5 lbs! My clothes are fitting better and I feel great! Now I only have 5lbs to get to my desired weight of 110! Thanks for all the support and great Ideas guys and gilrs! MUAH!!!!
