If you want to try running to lose weight, but you need motivation to run, try going to street races and running from the cops!!! Not only good excercise, but an adrenaline rush too! lol......I wouldn't recommend that of course, unless you don't fear getting tickets!
I heard Red Bull and stuff like that speeds up your metabolism, which might help a little. Play soccer, that's a good work out too!

I don't know if you have Jamba Juice or a juice bar in your area, but those are pretty filling and tasty and help you lose weight.
Now for some Chili Cheese Burgers (heart attack on a bun) and some apple pie to top it off!!!!
