Yeah those pills such as Xenidrene and Stacker may give you energy but its only because of the tremendous amounts of caffeine in them. Those "diet pills" contain products that can cause ulcers, blood clots, bleeding in the brain, nose bleeds among many other things. They do however curve your appetite and along with exercise you will lose weight quickly but either your body can become immune to them or when u have reached your desired weight and you stop taking them your weight will go right back to the way it was. Usually in those cases you end up gaining more weight than you had lost. So basically just be careful, if you think you need them a little to see a little weight loss to motivate you to do it the proper way; eating healthy & exercising then do it. But if they are going to be your means of losing weight you are doing your body more damage than you are helping it.
