Thanks so much for the great advice! I did start working out about 2 weeks ago, and changed my diet but I think that I need a little bit more, I will try that Xenidrene, I hope it will help, I only want to loose 10-15 Lbs, to get back into my swim suite, thanks SO MUCH!
