It all depends what you're looking for. If it's 30+hp you want, yes you will be sorley dissapointed. But for a quick 10+whp, I/H/E is the way to start. Really, the #1 bang for the buck is the intake. A CAI (AEM or other) will make a noticeable difference (it did on my cars) in your car's pickup. Shaved a couple ticks off my 1/4 mile time too. The header and exahust together don't make as much as a good CAI, but they do add the the mix. I suggest going with a CAI first, leave the header and exahust for later.
Remember, this is just a 1.6L engine, it doesn't need a 3" exahust to flow well. Upgrade to a 2" Si catback and you're in good shape, not to mention $2-400 richer than if you pay for a big name catback.
