Well what you are looking at when you see that glow is just a Steet glow light stick/rod that has been put up under the dash and the Neon tube it's self isn;t visible if you find a spot up high enough under the dash.
I have 2 Street glow rods in blue under my dash. all you se is the glow. I love it. I'm goin to hide others under the seats and in the trunk..not to mention underbody kit...
