Contacting someone at Honda Motors. Thats what my Mom had to do with my brothers Ford, She called Ford and told them what was going on and how disappointed she was because they always loved ford car [my families sick, Im the exception I guess
] and that if the crappy service keeps happening and the dont get the car fixed she would never buy another car from them again, and that she would make sure everyone knows about it.
